Registration Process:

Here are the steps to follow to complete the process in full:

1. Register for a program on RCA

   a. Folllow this link to the RCA registration system: https://membership.rowingcanada.org/JoinProgram?id=243

   b. Find your program under the 2026-27 program description. High School students should be registered in the program that is tied to their school, as listed on RCA.

   c. Read through all the program consent files: Code of Conduct, Image Consent forms, and Concussion protocols, RCA acknowledgment

   d. Type the participant’s name into the box at the bottom of the page to agree to the terms and click the box to accept.

   e. DO NOT PAY RCA ONLINE

2. Create a member profile on the LWRC site NEW

   (We are replacing the use of iCrew with a new custom website)

   a. Follow this link: https://admin.londonwesternrowing.com/

   b. Register as a new member

   c. Confirm your registration by clicking the confirmation sent to your email. Please check your spam folder!

   d. If the member is a minor, a confirmation email will also be sent to their parent/guardian and they must also click to confirm the registration via email.

3. Payment

   Once steps 1 and 2 are complete, please send an e-transfer to :

   ‍ ‍payments@londonwesternrowing.com

   Please make the password for all e-transfers “rowing”

   Please put the name of the ATHLETE and the program being registered for in the comments of the e-transfer (also include boat storage if needed)

Activation in the program is only complete once all the above steps are completed. The Treasurer will activate you through your Rowing Canada profile once payment has been received.
